Free interactive family exhibition of the sights and sounds of space

July marked the 50th anniversary of NASA’s Apollo 11 mission broadcasting live from the moon. The National Science and Media Museum’s summer family exhibition Hello Universe (opens 19 July) takes an interactive look at how images and sounds from the cosmos have been recorded over hundreds of years, including the five decades following astronaut Neil Armstrong’s historic ‘first step’.
